If you are already using an rba, you've already noted that they pull a lot out of a battery (noticed less battery time between charges?), and much more so if using sub-ohms. A bigger battery has more amperage to use than a smaller one. You'll probably be very disappointed with any sub-ohm build on an 18350 mod.

I'm taking for granted you already know you must use an IMR or hybrid battery with an rba, and not be tempted by the higher ohms of a protected Li Ion battery.

I didnt know this? Ive just been throwing the same little red batteries 18350 18650 18500 in every mod i have either mechanical or variable, lol

If those "same little red batteries" have an AW sticker on them or say Efest, you'll be just fine. Just don't use them to power coils less than 0.6 ohm.

IMR batteries (safe chemistry/high drain) are now recommended for both mechanical and regulated (variable) mods. Read the link above and learn your battery chemistries.
