I know there is a link somewhere all about batteries, but I can't find it.
What's the difference between a 18490 and an 18650?
What's the difference between a 18490 and an 18650?
Actually...
18490 indicates that the dimensions are 18mm in diameter, and 490mm long.
The 18650 is 18mm in diameter, and.... you guessed it! 650mm in length.
Does this help?

160
No. Don't thank me.
18650=18mm dia.
65mm length
0=round cell

It should..Doesn't the 18650 last longer than the other one too?

There are several posts where people are complaining that they don't hold a charge and seem under-powered. I have two on the way, so hopefully it's nothing, but all the complaints are making me nervous. But, now I know where to get the AW batts if the TF's go south now. Glad to hear something positive about them.
I dunno for sure...I think there were/are some counterfeit blue Trustfires floating around out there...the black/silver/red ones and the Flame ones are supposed to be OK...I have some Trustfire Flame, 2400mah, 18650s I am using in hi-power led flashlites and have had no problems with them...yet...........
