18650 battery case holds four, can't find

It happened again today, my battery case fell out of my purse in the parking lot and broke, and I cannot find another one anywhere. The last time this happened I went to where I got them, and bought the only one they had left.

I see the same one all over Google, but everyone is out of stock. None of the B&M's around here have them. I can't figure out why this cheap little plastic case is such a hard to get item.
