Im running 4 different e-power mods. 3 with 18650's and one cut down for a single 18350. Would like to make at least 1 of the of the 18650's a 5v running 2 18350's.

Yes. I stacked a pair of 18350's. I see where my post is confusing.

Heres pics. I made a 2.5 ohm coil with 32awg kanthal. I used 2 18350 orange trustfires which was reading at 5.6v non loaded 4.5v loaded.


I got the go ahead today to purchase a Provari so I have listed mine as a kit in the classifieds. I still have the 2 other E-Powers as backups so no need to hold on to it.

My 5V switch won't screw in all the way. I think there is something wrong with the threads. It did work at first partially screwed in, but now it won't work.

Did you lengthen the spring to make sure there is good contact with both battery ends?

I would think that the threads on the switch would last a lot longer than the threads inside the battery tube, I wonder if the softer threads in the tube are thrashed...

The issue is that it won't screw in completely. Brent is aware of this issue and going to send me another to try.

Finally got my batts today - 2x AW IMR 16340's - to go w/my new 5v switch. But no love for this combo - no light on the switch & no sizzle on the carto. Any suggestions anyone?
