All depends how you take care of them. I have had some of my lg and Samsung last me over a year and I still use them. I mean I have had to re wrap them , a time or too but they still work as good as new.

No idea to the first as there are too many variables and 500-600 charges to the second as a rule of thumb.

Also, don't buy eFest if you can avoid it. Samsung and LG are far superior batteries and generally cheaper.

There's a long answer, but the short answer is about a year of constant use.
Be aware that Efest have a soiled reputation even in the shady world of re-wrappers. There could be literally any cell under the purple plastic, so it's actual longevity is anyone's guess. Avoid Efests and rewraps in general and go for cells from the manufacturers who actually make them like Sony, LG or Samsung.

If you are asking how long a 3000 mAh battery will last untill it needs recharging -

1000mA = 1 amp hour
So 3 amps for 1 hour, 1 amp for 3 hours etc. from 4.2 volts down to usually about 2.5 volts. However the more amps you pull from the cell the less of this you will actually realize. Also most mods will cutoff above 3 volts, and on a mech you would typlically pull the battery well above that.
