@Ebbi I re-read your post -
On a regulated device like you have there is no need to use low resistance coils, especially as low as 0.1 ohms.
Coils that low will contain a lot of metal which will take a relatively long time to heat up, and to cool down. In my experience you would be far better off using coils made from more wraps of a thiner wire . A coil with less mass will respond far more quickly, and be much more efficient requiring less power to achieve the same or a better vape. This also means better battery life.
Suggestion -
Put the claptons aside for later
Try dual coils, 26G kanthal 10 wraps at a 3mm internal diameter. Hit them with 65-75 watts and see what you think.
