They should all fit, and I think the link I gave you was to luer-lock. There are also a lot of slip tip syringes at 1ml. Any luer-lock needle with a plastic hub (that little plastic cone at the base) will fit on a slip tip syringe as well, it just doesn't lock.

enasco.com carries 14 gauge stainless steel luer-lock needles, which I haven't tried yet. I have seen 15 gauge, but easiest small size to get is 16 gauge. It's still kind of difficult with VG at 16.

Another option I've heard of people using is tubing, where you fit a plastic tube on the end of the syringe instead of a needle, but I don't know how well it works.

If there's no nicotine in the it, you could just skip the needle all together and shove the syringe into the VG, if you don't mind getting a little sticky. ;)

Awesome, thanks! Ya, I had some other syringes, like the medicine dispensing ones for pets, but I couldn't figure out how to cap the bottom so the VG wouldn't leak out of it.

One of the syringes pictured comes with a graduated rubber plug. Wont fit the smaller bottles, but great for larger bottles of VG/PGA/etc. Open the bottle, pop this thing in, insert syringe, turn upside down, pull exactly how many ml you need.

That's quite a thread you got goin' on! Yeah, I think we all go into stores now and look at every day household items a little differently now.

I did find some good 1ml syringes, though. From freedomsmokeusa:
