Just finished my first AA box mod. Not only was it fun to make, but I think it works better than my kr808 batteries do. I am sorry I do not have a digital camera, but it looks pretty average. I am letting the epoxy cure at the moment, or I would be using it now. I have very shaky hands and was wondering if there are any more 2 sided boxes that would house the 14500 battery. I just need a little more room, but I do not want to have to buy another charger/ battery set up.
Also, the center post in the 808/901 battery connector was just too small for me to handle, so I ripped the center post out of a cartomizer and installed it instead. The post from the carto is about 3/4 of an inch long, and has a sturdier insulator. I am looking forward to my next project already. Thanks for all of the information.
