ahhh u know what i just thought of? if i wanted to get a tabacco flavor and add some menthol( i smoke newport analogs) how would i mix that? i think that might help bc i got the nuport juice from V4L and its more like a dinner mint than a newport, i wonder if that would help at all??

Tasty Vapor tobacco menthol, thats all I got to say about that.

I have been on Vapor Sticks a week and a half now.
1st five days I still had a reacl cig in morn, after 2 meals, and at night.
Went from a pack n a half down to 4. was very happy. Then when I got my e-liquid to refill carts, WOW. only 1 real cig in 3 days. Total. and only cause i let all three batts die. lol.
Flavors are nice for when i just want to vape, but also keep my marlboro wanna be handy for when i get that strong urge for a reg cig.
28 year smoker, 3 days clean with the one exception to every rule. lol

Some have quit fully the day they got thier e cig.
Some have cut down some, then alot, then total.
Some have cut alot (me) and then total.
Some even start cutting down on thier nic levels all the way to zero, n just vape for the mental satisfaction of the smoking simulation.

What ever works for you, works.

Eventuall it will happen, listening to the many smoking years of peeps here n quiting, and now it happening to me. I know it will happen to anyone vaping so

Keep Vaping

Don't get discouraged. The first thing that I realized when I started vaping (a year and a half ago now) is that there is definitely more than nicotine in those analogs that keeps you addicted. But the nic that you get vaping makes quiting easier for sure. Stick in there. By week two I wasn't craving an analog anymore...I was craving my ecig. Still vapin' and still lovin' it.

For me, I didn't get an e-cig for the purpose of quitting analogs. I got it because I thought it looked interesting and wanted to check it out. I don't really have a strong desire to quit smoking analogs.

That being said, as I've been working at my desk here at home over the couple of days that I've had my kit, I've just picked up one or the other, e-cig or analog that I've felt like at any given time. As a result my analog consumption has gone WAY down. I think part of that has to do with I hold my e-cig exactly the same way I hold an analog and find myself holding it for long periods of time, taking a puff whenever I feel like it. I have even found myself flicking it over my ashtray LOL

So even though my plan is not to quit smoking analogs, the e-cigs are certainly becoming a natural replacement for me.

When I started vaping, I smoked 2 analogs a day, usually one in the morning and one in the afternoon , coming and going to work, for the first 2 days. Then I thought I would try going without an analog for a day. That was five days ago. I still have an urge every now and then, usually at work, but I think it's the habit of going outside. I just get up, take a stroll, then get back to work. Happens maybe once a day now (after lunch) but I expect it to go away soon.
Hang in there.

Just have an analog when you want one (that's what I did) and after time you start to notice the craving for a real cig diminishes. I still have a half pack of smokes in my truck (going on two weeks now) getting stale LOL and haven't touched them. I guess they are there for some kind of mental comfort - who knows.

As many in ECF have stated don't pressure yourself too much about quitting and just enjoy your new vaping experience. In time quitting smoking just happens. And what a nice feeling it is to get that monkey off your back !!

When I started vaping I vaped and smoked alternately for about 2 months until analogs got less and less appealing. It got to a point where I could only smoke 1/4 of an analog before putting it out because I could not stand the taste any more. When I finished my last pack I knew that I was done with analogs for good.

The only time I almost went back was when I was making what I thought was a quick errand without a pv and it turned out to be a long errand and I really need something when I drive.I want to pull into a gas station so bad toget an analog but I held out. So now I never leave the house without a pv.

Pretty much teh same story here. I found that if I forced it to happen I was more inclined to fall off the wagon. If I just let it happen over time I didnt get much for cravings when I stopped smoking. I eventually came to the point that I didnt quit one day, I just forgot to smoke for about 24 hours before I noticed it, thats when I knew I was done.

I've been vaping since my Magma came in the past Wednesday. Haven't had an analog in 4 days now. I feel good. I think it helped that I've been using the blue foam mod with 24 mg juice. My sense of smell is returning, and analogs really smell bad to me now. I still crave one here and there, but then I just pull the Magma out of my pocket and vape until I feel better. It does get easier day by day it seems.
