Ok here's a good one for you pro's here in ecig land. How can 2 separate EVOD's have different pulls using the same head and the same juice?

One of my EVOD's has a great pull, I have no complaints. The other is much more difficult to get a pull from. At first I thought it was the juice I was using. So I cleaned out the good EVOD and tried the juice in that one. Nice easy draw. Then I thought it was the head so I replaced what I thought was the bad head with the head from the good EVOD. Same problem. There's nothing in the mouthpiece to restrict the airflow. Everything is clear. So what the heck is going on?
I'm new, but I thought I'd be able to figure this out on my own and I can't. It's really becoming somewhat of a good puzzle to me. What does everyone think is the problem?
Thanks.

It sounds like for some reason, you’re not getting as much airflow through the small holes in the base. Either one or more of them is clogged up, or they were just manufactured poorly. You could try to run something small through the holes to clear them out, or drill them a little larger with a really small drill bit. If all else fails, you could just replace the base.

I`ve had this  and I swapped the atomisers and bases! and still the same result, one does draw better than the other for some bizarre reason that I can never work out.
I re-coiled the tighter drawing evod with a slightly lower ohm coil to compensate for this so I get the same hit from both :D but then again I`m being extremely pedantic about it and maybe should learn to live with it :D

I've have the same problem with one of my Evods (out of 4). After swapping heads multiple times and washing the heads and base I can deduce that it is the base causing the problem. Just as WorksForMe stated, it's the air holes in the base causing the tighter draw, because only after I washed the base with a toothbrush and dish soap did the problem fix itself... well temporarily, it seems to be gunked up again, so I'll try to be more thorough next time and if all else fails I'll just buy a new base.
