the application says it is for company use only. what do i put in the space that ask my company name? help!! anyone? also what do you put in the "customers application " space? please help! I really would like to get this ! thanks.

Make up a salon type name and put 'beauty products' for customers application. That's what I did. I never got mine the first time I tried so I'm trying again.

I got mine about 3 months ago and I just looked up on the net to see what VG is used for and made up a buisness name and it worked. I said I owned a candy store, apparently they don't check. Got my VG in about 2 weeks after that. Sweet! My daughter owns a lawn-care company and got it with that!!

I wasn't sure what to put, and for some reason felt obligated to come up with some feasible reason my company might need it - I put in "fog/vapor production for visual inspection of liquid storage units"

who knows if it'll work.

I said i was using if for a flavoring base. I used my work address and they shipped it there. no problems at all.

Without trying to game the system, this is actually useful to me. I already own a company and I'm tossing around the idea of also starting a second company selling e-liquid. So having a wholesale direct-from-manufacturer sample like this is useful. I just used my existing company name and address.

Before Mixing it would make 15ml = 750+ Bottles of unmix 3gallons VG

I figured i could make around 833, 10ml bottles of juice. I am using a 55/45 ratio. Its going to last me a loooong time
