Hi Guys,
This one's not meant for accolades, but I do hope it will be of encouragment to anyone who's a new reader, or perhaps has began vaping recently.
Following a failed attempt (was really just experimenting) many months ago, I made the complete switch from conventional cigarettes to the "Intellicig" 8 weeks ago last Tuesday. That's not an endorsement... I'm certain there are many fine products out there. It's just the one I started with, still use, and even thought I'd switch from until I discovered their "Rich 30 Mg" catridges. The taste and hit work for me.
I could have NEVER gone cold turkey, but now I can vape in my home office and wife's car, both of which would have been unthinkable when smoking.
I've traveled and occupied non-smoking hotel rooms as well as non-smoking rental cars (aren't they all now?) with zero problems. Even the TSA here (for fliers) has a clue now and I've never been hassled. Just be sure to keep the batteries separate and secure in your carry-on. Do NOT check them for the safety of us all.
Sure, there's been a difficult moment or two (mostly early on), but I'm not looking back. Also, these things are a little higher-maintenance than the ones that kill you, but that just means I give my nicotine addiction a chance to wane and it has.
Many thanks to those of you (and there were so many) who were supportive to me here in the "early days", thus making my 2 month milestone possible.
Andy
