Hello,

So as I said in the title I have vaped for around 2 months, and never since touched an analog. I started with a KR808, which I liked a lot, and then bought a cheap 3.7v box mod that also works as a 5v passthrough just because I wanted to try stuff with a 510 threading, and now my KR808 went into the shelf because I love the warm vape produced by LR cartos and attys.

Now I'm thinking about getting a VV mod. One think I do want is something that fits my pocket. I would also like to feel the same vape experience from the first to the last vape. That is the only thing I hate about my 14500 box... I love it when battery is freshly charged, but from there it only gets worse (yes I am using good batteries - aw 14500, which as far as I know are the best ones out there).

Any suggestions? I looked at the madvapes VV and it seems nice because it uses 14500, which I already have, but I'm not sure if it drops voltage as batteries discharge... and also I read some complains about the build quality, but the price is super attractive.

Oh and please don't tell me to get a LT because: 1) its ugly and doesn't fit my pocked 2) 2.5A limits my possibilities

+1 on the provari mini

I have the standard provari and have had it for about 9 months now. I abuse the living crap out of it and the thing looks and functions like brand new (satin finish). Although it has a high price tag you are definitely getting your moneys worth because it is built like a tank and feel confident that once you have it in your hands you will be extremely happy with your purchase. I carry my provari in my pocket all the time so the mini should be right up your alley.

It seems that the logical progression around here and in the vaping community is to a Provari eventually. I too figured it was too much money and too big so I blew money left and right on everything in between. I finally ordered a Mini last week and hope to have it this week. If it's a VV you want, save yourself the time and money on all the in between stuff and order a mini. It'll be cheaper in the long run.

well since LT couldn't fit in, goes the same for provari..

I never held a provari in my hand, but I think there is some difference between both, and in the picture it is the standard version, not the mini.

I have a provari also I don't like the fact that I can't use dcc on it, but from what I have heard there is a new mod coming out that is a provari knockoff that has a 5 amp limit which would fit the bill for dcc it runs 2 batts together, and as far as I know it will be under $150. But it is as long as the large provari. There is a thread about it under provapes supplier forum. And under the modders forum I believe. Someone has one an is using it and raves about it.

I think that's the smoketech. As for the size of the mini, with the 18350 batt it's about .75"-1" smaller than the regular provari.

I have seen that smoktech one too. Not sure about the safety though. One of the good things I see in the mini is that it is possible for a good modder to do a larger extension cap, which is nice if I later decide that I need a larger battery :vapor:
I agree on the smoke tech, BTW the provari mini with the extension cap for the 18490 is still smaller than the standard provari stock with the same 18490.
