Morandir835: Raison D'Etre and Midas Touch. Wish I had a case of each right now, winter is cold and the clothing is thin, etc.. That's lovely stuff, but all of it is. I am gonna get it for always being off topic... lets see - how about a beet sugar, raisins, and Belgian-style yeast flavored juice? With a copper colored diamond carto, white LED...

Be nice if they could also use the new cartomizer technology too, like Bloog has. Those things don't burn.

is there something different about the battery design that makes it so it cant use (or grow into) the bloog carto technology?

Basically, where I am at is... I was going to order my first ecig from Bloog, but they are having some inventory issues and it doesn't look like I will be able to get my hands on one anytime soon, and also I am starting to question their business. I think they have good intentions, but are just highly disorganized right now...

So now I am considering the v4l vapeking. I don't like the styling as much; I can't do the bejeweled look, and I'm not especially keen on the camo, but I can deal with it if it provides a better user experience. My main concern is that I want my first experience to be a good experience so that I will stick with it (rather than smoking analogs as I currently do)

So yeah, bloog was my first choice, but now I am hearing the battery tech on the new diamond series and stealth series is the same technology as the bloog technology?

Sorry, I have a lot of questions, but to try and get them into a manageable set:

1) Does the new stealth line of batteries use the same battery tech as the bloog batteries? If so, does that mean the stealth batteries can accomodate the new (allegedly better) bloog style of cartos?

2) If I select "camo" as my battery color with a starter kit from v4l, does that mean I will be receiving a stealth line battery? I am assuming the answer is yes since I don't see camo as a color option for any of their other batteries....?

3) Expected battery life on a stealth shorty? Everyone keeps telling me to get the regular sized batteries, but I am hard-headed and would much prefer the shorty's if at all possible, even if that means I am relying on a pcc.

Thanks in advance for any help. Also feel free to add anything you think I should know, based on the little info I have provided thus far.

I asked on a different thread if anyone owned both the new V4L diamond and a bloog, so they could give a comparison. Because if they really are the same, I'd rather be buying from V4L. Like my bloog auto, doesn't require the primer puff and could get a silver one. So am hoping the diamond works the same way. Same goes for the cartos, I like the new technology inside them, but would rather buy from V4L. I put the bloog carto on the old VK batt and it works fine, so I assume it will work fine on the new batt too.

For question #2, I believe I saw another post saying No, kits won't come with new style batteries, but perhaps someone from V4L can confirm.

The bloog cartos from what I've heard are hit and miss. Some are great, some have a horrible burning taste. I've been half way tempted to order a bloog just to do the comparison. Personally, I don't see how it could be better than the new diamond and stealth series. Maybe in battery life, but I haven't had to take a primer puff with these, the activation is spot on, and I get the same th as with the manuals.

No, I've never used any ecig before, to tell you the truth. But I keep reading these have an "improved switch" and "better drag" etc etc, so why wouldn't I aim for that??

And I never said the others "sucked" btw. Maybe I'd love a manual as well sometime. Idk.

But right now I am looking for an automatic, and I said the new line, allegedly, according to other experienced users, is nicer, even if the difference is marginal. That's their words, not mine.

So if other users are saying this new battery is better than the other, why wouldn't I want to get that battery if the difference is only a matter of a few dollars??

well coming from someone thats used them a while, if you hate the bling aspect of the new line so much I dont think you'd be dissapointed with the regular autos they have. and manuals are better for people who drip. I guess its a big learning curve and it all just takes a while to get used to. I just hope that newer users dont think the regular batteries are now inferior, they are great!
