if you mean, taking draws off of both simultaneously, two tips in the mouth at the same time, no - change my vote.
but if you mean having two PVs ready to go and switching between them frequently, then yes, at one point, i had 4 attys on 4 batts with four different flavors, one being an LR atty and the other 3 RR attys.
i've been trying lots of flavors, and when one of the flavors persists in the atomizer after dripping unflavored solution, i just put another atomizer on a fresh batt and keep going. yesterday, one was Rose for Valentines Day (aftertaste of perfume), and Pina Colada. today was Pina Colada and Mojito. (i've removed the "silica fiber" wick from under the bridge all of my attys, which makes dripping/vaping out the old flavor relatively easy for most flavors - otherwise i'd have to soak the atty in grain alcohol. the persistant flavors so far have been menthol, chocolate mint, and orange [peel]. some of the flavors mix well, like cola after orange, pina colada after chocolate mint, but others not so much.)
