Your first question is yes..you go to the group itself and look around where it says "Do you want to join group?"...it takes you through the joining phase...as far as the second question, I would look at the rules thread first to see whats allowed when it comes to the chat functions, I myself haven't looked into that one yet,,,Good luck!!;)
So they did change the rules about suppliers joining social groups then?

Me bad...I did not notice you were a supplier sorry...I would ask Angus, Although I don't know why not, if you don't try to post about your buisness/store in anything you post. But I would ask anyway just to be sure.

*Edit..I just read over briefly the supplier rules and could not see anything specific about Group/Suppliers, I did however notice that Angus was the contact for the rules & issues in there.
