If I want to start selling the e-cig kits locally, not online, am I allowed to start a thread in the suppliers forum (even though I'm not a supplier) about the best place to order them wholesale? Would anyone be allowed to answer?

If you want to be able to advertise e-cig stuff for sale on the ECF, you have to be registered as a supplier here. Sorry, but "them's the rules".

I believe she's asking if she can post on the suppliers forum to "ask about the best place to order them wholesale", and not for the purpose of selling as she stated she wants to sell locally.

Just thought I'd clairify how "I" read her question......

All suppliers need to register, even local suppliers that don't plan to advertise here. We can't make exceptions, due to some unscrupulous folks who have abused this in the past.
