Just bottle it in glass and freeze it. It will stay good 10 or more years.

Good to know. Still new to DIY. Wasn't sure what kind of shelf life it had. Been keeping it in a cool, dark corner. Freezer sounds like a better idea though.

I don't have room in my freezer and the wife objects to taking up that much room in it anyway. So as long as I want her to be in charge of the kitchen and all the cooking, I don't rock that boat.

I keep mine in brown glass in the basement. Relatively temperature stable and no sunlight. I guess I'll find out if it's an ok storage method in about 5 or 10 years lol.
