(Written with tongue in cheek at times and feel free to add to this.)

California tried to ban the e-cigarettes but was unsuccessful. All of ECF cheered. Other countries have banned it. Many moves are still afoot to cause legal problems for vapers across the U.S. and around the world.

V4L became the Big Daddy of the Mom and Pop vaping world, their following and their business continues to grow.

FDA has been in a lawsuit for months with 2 other e-cig vendors and ended 2009 this way and started 2010 the same. Everyone holds their breaths awaiting the judge's decision to be unvieled.

The V4L forum grew and continues to grow by leaps and bounds. The loyal V4L vapers continue to sing the praises of the Vapor King in hopes of converting the entire world from tobacco to personal vaporizers.

Leaford and his good friend in Thailand came up with the Leaford Lanyard, which had more uses than hanging around our necks. He rang in 2010 in China, of all places, and is dealing with quality control in a manner unheard of in the vaping world thus far.

Taryn spun us toward 2010 with her carto spin trick and many are utilizing Leaford's Lanyard as their "spinner".

Dohsma and crew have filled orders until their fingers are raw and have vaped for the good of all, trying out all those new flavors, batteries and accessories that keep us vaping. (Oh, I'm sure that job must be hell!)

By the end of 2009, we watched V4L flourish with new staff members and a glut of new inventory in an economy that hasn't sucked this bad since the 1920's and 1930's.

Others found fame and fortune on this forum by winning one or more of the numerous contests that V4L sponsors.

JenJen is a huge instigator of contests and continues to be so. She also helped many new vapers get started on their quest of leaving tobacco behind as a distant memory.

V4L has evolved into something more than a business, it's an anomaly of sorts, since the customer service policy is virtually unheard of in ANY business.

Steve and Mrs. Steve are the ones who are at the core of all this success for all of us and we appreciated them in 2009, will continue to do so in 2010 and far, far into the future.
