duplicate post.

By the way, how does a web address turn into an advertisement, and how can I prevent that ?

It takes on the page title as written in the HTML code for the page. Depending on how your browser is configured, it may appear on the tabs or on the "Title Bar" (most browsers hide the title bar these days by default).

For instance, example.com has <title>Example Domain</title> in the HTML code and the browser shows it as Example Domain.

PS. I forgot to mention a possible way to prevent it. I'll see if it works here. I will type indyvaporshop.com (without the http or www), then highlight those letters, then click on that little link icon Capture.GIF above the editor (a little world with the chain links under it) and paste the actual URL in the pop up field.

Testing . . . indyvaporshop.com

I use the Aspire CF VW 1100 mah battery that came with the Nautilus Mini tank. Evod 2 650 mah battery with the Aspire Maxi Clearomizer. Evod clone 1100 mah battery with an Aspire Maxi Clearomizer.
I prefer the Aspire CF VW with the Nautilus Mini. I love that I can change the watts and the air flow. With that said, most of the time (mon- Thurs 8am -4:30pm) I use the evod 2 setup or the evod clone setup because I'm at work and I can put the smaller ones in my scrub top and no one knows they're there. Once 4:30 comes my aspire CF VW comes out.
I don't use the evod 2 Clearomizer that came with the battery because it is a dual coil and I feel like I have to hit it hard just to get some vapor. I use the Aspire Maxi tanks because they give me good flavor, they hold 1.5 ml of fluid and they're easy to clean.
Just my preference! Hope this helps!

Using the .com gives it the link...

[no parse]websitehere[/no parse] - With no spaces

Using the one Bimini Twist was using...

indyvaporshop.com

Or you could put a space before the .com

indyvaporshop .com

EGO type batteries.

I agree, I am in love w/my Joyetech Ego Twists........(will not use clones) and will add daleron's nice little Vmod for anyone looking to dip their toes into bottom feeders --- heck, I have a reo AND a vmod, and use both!

I have no idea what you just said... How do you 'Highlight' ? Seems some websites do that on purpose to me. I just copied the http://whatever and the .com from the taskbar at the top onto a legal pad, then entered whatever I copied. Some, like reos mods and steam monkey, came out pretty much as I had copied them.

EDIT; YEA ! Bimini, you are a Genius ! you can even explain things well enough for an Old Trucker to Understand :thumb: I was able to go back and clean that up with your help. Thanks !

Speaking of Equipment, I will be getting my first dual-coil device in this week. Reos LP/SL Grand and an RM5, but I an mot looking for sub-ohming. I was wondering if I could set this up with two 3.0 coils (1.5 total ohms) and get more flavor from a dual coil, adjustable air flow device ?
Guess I'll find out soon enough.....

If you're not planning on sub-ohm'ing I'd recommend just going with a single coil, Papaw as all you're going to be doing is running down your battery much much faster. Also, depending on what gauge wire you're going to be using for your coils, heat-up time could be a lot longer.

You could ask this in the Army Hardware thread too.. ;)

im not into the advanced stuff yet, an ego-c twist and aerotank are my current setup and favorite so far.

although sometimes i wonder if i could have got more life out of that pathetic nautilus with the vv battery. had a basic fixed voltage one when i was using it

Yes. Maybe not night-and-day type difference, but you could 'fine tune' the flavor in your favorite e-liquids.
