Trying to gauge folks thought processes with this thread. This is an "Equipment of the Year Poll", which implies that it's for highlighting what has probably been working for you for most of the year, and what you consider to be the best device/topper etc for this year.

I'm a little surprised to see a lot of devices that are barely a month or two old and am wondering if folks are treating this more like a "show me your current setup poll" instead?

Jax, not picking on you or the Vapor Flask, but in a way your post did kinda prompt me to post this question.

I understand Dusty.

For me though, the VF and Erl were 2 innovative products that I acquired this year and have been using exclusively since. I felt that they were both worthy of being the best equipment for 2014. IMO anyway.

And, As far as I know the VF has been out for a while now as I have the v2. Granted, the Erl was just released in June of this year.

One other thing that I must add to quantify my choices: I only began vaping in March of this year.

Thank you for clarifying, and hope you understand that my post was not meant to single you out. I do know that the VF and the Erl are both fantastic products and well suited for this thread.

Nope, I didn't think that you were singling me out as I have seen at least one other poster mention the VF and at least one other mention the Erl as well. It's all good. :toast:

I call this "The Unofficial Equipment of the Year" thread because there are basically few rules; List your Power Source and your Attachment (two categories), and please just one ( or two) favorites. The end result is not a prize or trophy. The eventual goal is to gather information that might help another vaper find their next PV.
I've received a few requests, and a couple of PM's along the way these last three years. But if this helps someone else find the mod/ attachment that keeps that person off of analogs then it's well worth it.

Im going with the Pegasus clone from fasttech, however they switched vendors so the 510 pin is not floating and needs "tapped out."

For topper, hands down the Veritas. No leaks, great flavor, easy to build singles, duals, micros, macros, pretty good vapor. I go with a single .7 ohm vertical micro coild every time.

I still love my reo's though!

Though the eLeaf iStick is a brand new device I chose it as my best of as it was a real game changer for me. Up until the iStick arrived at my home I was an EVOD user, both batteries and clearos. I don't see me ever going back. The iStick and Aerotanks are, for me, the best things I've found in 2014.

Got a Veritas several weeks ago. Extremely happy with it! Has to be the best piece of gear under the radar. Probably because there aren't a lot of clones.

A lovely and gracious young lady, who knows I like Reos Mods, has loaned (with option to buy) a ProVari Mini. I have purchased HCigar KFL Lite + for a topper. When this old trucker gets home Friday I'll something new to play with....

I suspect your REOs will always be your favorite. But there's nothing wrong with having some variety.

I'm a big fan of 26650 mods, and I love my Tesla M7. It hits like a train with a freshly charged battery and the charge will last me all day. I run a 26650 Stillaire on top built at .3. I haven't bought anything new in months, and I don't plan on buying anything new for a long while. At least until I can find something that holds a candle to my Tesla.

If I'm looking at this right (and I may not be...)

Power Source;
1) ProVape (31) - ProVari, Mini
2) Reos Mods (27) - Grand, VV Grand
3) Eleaf (8) - iStick
4) OliveR (5) - Sumpin'
5) Several tied with 3 votes each.

Juice Burner;
1) Reos Mods (17) - RM2, RM4
2) Svoemesto (16) - Kayfun, KFL Lite, KFL Lite +
3-T) KFL Clones (8) - Ehpro, Russian 91%
3-T) Aspire (8) - Nautilus, Mini
5) Vicious Ant (6) - Cyclone

I am aware that some might say "Svoemesto and Ehpro.. what's the difference ?" About $60 difference. Either Svoemesto has not enforced their patent, or may be allowing other companies to follow the design for royalty fees. I happen to be vaping on a HCigar KFL Lite+ v2, on a 'loaned' ProVari as I type this. And it is a solid little device for $45. The Results are posted to help someone looking for Quality Equipment, and by listing by Manufacturer it is my hope to point them in the right direction. Vape Happy :vapor:

I have two fav's at the moment. They are both equally good. And very good.

1.) 26650 Stingray with Nautilus tank and BVC's
2.) Provari Mini with Nautilus tank and BVC's
