Try a Sony VTC4, only 2100Mah but they last a good while for me. I'd prefer an IMR with less MAH over a protected LI-Ion with more any day of the week. VTC4 is about the safest battery you can use nowadays, and pretty much the highest MAH 30 amp battery you can get.

One fully charged VTC4 lasts me a day, vaping my kayfun at 1.1 ohm 15 watts.

18650 keeps for a little less than a day, vape around 6ml a day on a kfl with a 1.8 on 28 gauge kanthal. And that's new 18650's

I get similar results with similar setup. The only thing I can think of is trying something like Panasonic hybrid button top batteries. They are around 2900 mah so you will get a bit more life out of them. I use them on another mod and they do last longer for me. RTD vapor has them. I ended up with a pair of Efest 2250mah 18650's with a bundle of stuff I bought off the classifieds. I have noticed them lasting longer than the IMRs from ProVape. I find that when ever they make it into rotation, I have a little boost of confidence that my mileage will go longer that day.

As far as the 26650, yeah, that thing can go several days with it's eyes closed.

Wouldn't changing the oHms in the coil increase or decrease vape time? I remember reading somewhere that higher oHms drain less power...or maybe it was the other way around.

Higher ohms draw less amps at the same voltage/wattage setting, so they should theoretically give more battery time. The efficiency of the circuitry will play a part in the equation, so I'm not sure how it'll be "in the wild". I've noticed that my 18350s last longer, starting at a higher wattage, on a mech compared to a vv/vw device

Here you go.

"The IMR batteries are specially designed for extra bursts of power drains (hence the term high drain) for the Provari to do just that. An IC battery would struggle to do the same thing, and its higher mAh would in effect drop trying to keep up.
Another problem with protected batteries is the protection circuit built in the battery will cut off the power drain once it reaches 2 amps in most cases causing the ProVari to turn off."

So I may have reached the ceiling of awesomeness that is the provari. Anymore I like to vape my 1.8 at 4.3 volts. Or on a vw device, 13.5 to 14 watts. Friends told me this day would come when I started using RBA's. :(

Why the long face? RBA's are awesome. Kayfun + ProVari = Good Time, Much Flavor, Big Cloud.
Heck, if you live anywhere near me, I'd be happy to show you basic RBA setups. I have everything from rebuilt Pro Tanks, to the Kayfun, and a dripper.

I also have some Genisis mesh setups, but I don't mess with those anymore. :D
