I've compared the AW 18650 to the Sony VTC5 in a Hana DNA30 and a Nemesis. The VTC5 does last longer, but being a flat top, I don't think it will work in a ProVari.

They make little stick-on magnets to convert a VTC5 to a button top, but that's kind of sketchy.

Efest makes a 2500mAh button-top 18650, but I haven't tried one.

Using the magnets, is not recommended by provape, and will void your warranty, they can come off and short out the devise.

I'd suggest only using the ones Provape recommends, which it looks like you've been using. Any other batteries are just a waste. They won't last much more than what you are already getting.

I agree, it is not worth it to me, just carry a extra battery, in the small cases that provape sells.

have to say, as an owner of 3 of the AW batteries, The cheaper Black EH High Drain 3.7V IMR 18650 2250mAh batteries I got when I first got my Provari last year seem to be better. They last longer in use buy a couple of hours. Both charging off the same Trustfire... But If I went to buy more I would save the 4 buck difference and go with the EH again...
