Tonight I fired my Smokless Owl and got very little vapor or sizzle----I immediately thought the mod firing button was not making contact.
Was pondering on taking it apart just to see how the button makes contact---did not want to do this.
I took the cap of of 2 different drippers and grub screws were loose. Tightened them up and-------WOW.
Got lots of sizzle and vapor--popping nicely.
I ran into this problem before but I had forgot the solution.
Can't see the TV thru vapor wife complaining----me HAPPY------hahahahahahah

I'm all stoked! I had to order from China because the US warehouse was sold out. Checked my tracking, and as of yesterday, it was in CHICAGO!!!!! Should see it by mid-week I do believe this is faster than "Fasttech"

If not, there could have been a problem with the postman or post truck mid route.

O.k. The "Snowy Owl" is in hand - with a 1.74ohm single coil in the Owl's RDA (I have a Chalice III clone that's awaiting a build). I'm not displeased for a total of $31 spent....
HUGE cloud with this wimpy build. I was going to try for a dual coil, but I couldn't get them to glow evenly, so I pulled the 2nd one (would have ended up about 0.88ohm which I'm still wanting to try....)
The battery is a little tough to insert. The "squonking" is a little harder than I thought - I'm running about 30p/70v. Takes about 6 seconds for liquid to flow up the tube into the RDA.
It's pretty airy - so the flavor really isn't there at this point. I'm sure a different build will help.
All in all, it's fun. I'll play with the Chalice a little later - gotta meet some peeps for awhile this evening....

Squonking does take some getting used to. Higher vg juices I've found take a slower steady squonk.
So glad you got your OWL and started squonking---now to get a drummel tool and convert all
your drippers to bottom feed----hahahahahahahahahah
