I figured if I kept the wraps high enough (over 4) I would be safe. Note to self: get ohm reader ASAP!!! The employees warned me about getting an ohm reader....I've kind of pushed it to the back of mind. I also just learned that I must always use the safety ring on the button when I put it in my pocket!!! I almost set the cotton on fire IN MY POCKET!!! uggghhhh
Do you guys have any links to the basics of using a mechanical mod?? thanx.

You're pretty unknowingly reckless at the moment.. Just read up and take your safety seriously... and you should end up all right!

Everybody knows you are using an 18650 battery;
The question is are you using a good battery for subohming.
You should be using something like sony vtc5 40 amp battery.

You should not be using unsafe chemistry batteries.
