Yes, Count , a lot of it is in how she inhales, she's trying to draw off the pv like it's a cig which I've tried explaining to her isn't going to work right. I'll have to get her to look at that post you linked since it explains it better than I do.

Joan, before I found ECF, I read posts that told me it was the PG , then I come here and the majority were saying it's the nic level, so of course I would believe the masses, but I think what I first read is right too, it's the PG more than nicotine, most of my juices are 50/50 but I do have one that's lower PG, and it's so much smoother.

There's 3 things that give TH. PG, Nic, and power.
My assumption, she thinks it's silly, or has no interest in vaping regardless. My wife, non smoker or vaper, does the cough every time I ask her to try a flavor. One time, I didn't hit the button at all, still coughed...
I'm not at all saying give up on her! Just might take a bit more convincing...

Curly.......correct me if I am wrong. Different vendors use different brands and/or different grades of pg.. some hit like a freight train at 50/50 while others are like cotton. I have one vendor that does 40pg/60 vg and his hit like a Mac truck too because of the one he uses. We love it but am sure others may not

I've noticed that, too. Some PG blends really do pack a bigger wallop than others....

Be aware also that some folks have PG sensitivity/allergies. Humans do not regularly inhale PG, unless through an Asthma inhaler, and thus many do not know about this allergy until they vape. I would suggest getting her something that is high vg (75%vg/25%pg) or 100% vg and see how that does for her.

Ed Zachary!!! I'm thinking about getting some higher nic, high VG for my wife that I'm trying to convert....she hits it like a cig (hard and fast) and gets little or no nic and coughs often. She always complains "It's just not the same as a cig!" :facepalm"

You'll be able to get one in no time, I used the money I've supposedly saved since I started vaping... I didn't have a code so I ended up paying $43 total, including shipping. It's a lot smaller and less bulky than I was expecting so that's a plus. works with the tanks I have from the evod, another plus, I'm really liking this thing so far, just not sure how well bigger re-buildables are going to work on it when I get into those but it does have a ring so they fit properly.

I seems to be juice dependent, one juice tastes best @ 3.5v/7w another @ 3.4v/6w and the juice I got today has a burnt taste no matter what settings I use, even on my evod it's the same.

But I am getting more flavor and vapor once I get it dialed in where it's working best for each juice.

Very true! The quality of the nic can cause the same effect.

I never had the cough others did making the switch. I savored the stinkies, hard long smooth inhale. My first juice was a Chinese brand that was high pg @24mg. While I was fine smokers would cough and a seldom cigar smoker barely did when try my juice(assume a mouth to lung inhale). So inhale definitely has a role as well

I guess I didnt have that problem. Even when I was smoking analogs I always did a mouth to lung hit instead of a straight lung inhale

Been vaping on dragon fire all day. Man I love that juice. Oh btw dave I like the new logos for the liquid sin line but I still like the disney princesses.
