Mr. Mann, I didn't get one this time, but do know that my order was shipped out Friday (I ordered Thurs). If you'll go to your account at 28 Days and contact them through that means, there's no chance that it won't be seen. You'll get a very prompt reply - their customer service is great.

Nope. Did not. I don't care much though, just to know it shipped via the website will suffice. But in respect to your system, it would seem that mine was missed.

Hi Dave. Come to think of it, the last emails I received were order notification and the points awarded. No email of shipping or tracking info. My account page just says status: shipped.

I delivery notice today while my baby and I were asleep, so if that is from 28DV I wasn't able to get it today because it needed a signature. Was that from you all?

Change that, even after my mail had already come and gone, I just checked the box again and there my 28DV was. Nice.
