I had the same issue with the evic you need a higher gauge to reach higher ohms. The evic has a 2.5 amp limit so at 1.3 ohms it will only fire at 3.2 volts....even if it says it is at 4.5v or higher it isn't firing at that voltage. I was pulling my hair out with the exact same issue

11 Watts -that is 3.7v not 3.2v Also easier to run that way with an AW IMR battery. 2.75 amps achieved on eVic.

You might consider getting a Mechanical Mod for running Low ohm coil tanks. Even the Vamo kind of fights to get the job done.

What tank are you trying to run? I have found the RSST to be more responsive than my AGA-T's
