WOW!! :ohmy::thumbs:
Thanks for the in depth reply.....cleared up several; things for me like you and others have said i just need to get the tobacco out of my head and just go with my taste buds wherever they lead me....... I had a friend actually two of my co-worker just asked me about the G6 i had at my desk in the shop and i said here i have 3 Prime 15 cartos that i probably will never use, they loaded it up to the battery took a drag and they BOTH said yum tastes kinda like chocolate.....:shock::facepalm: i took a hit still tasted like chems??? don't know just no where near chocolate..........but they both still smoke..... maybe taste buds??? but on a good note we are ordering another G6 starter kit with Prime 15 for one of the two guys he said he could STOP with Prime 15........FOUR people from my work trying to stop smoking since i started vaping and its not even been 2 weeks........:toast:

No problem...sounds like you've got the whole place (almost) converted! :toast: I can't even get my SO to switch so you are doing something right, lol.

The mantra around here is whatever keeps you off the smokes, is what works! :)

Way to go, theone!! Lots of good feedback in previous responses....keep trying, be patient.

I know it took me a good 2 weeks before my flavors started to taste good - before that I thought they were all too subtle and I was definitely disappointed. Now I rarely find a flavor that doesn't taste good, and they get better with time.

I was a menthol smoker and of course thought I had to have menthol. Bought 2 bottles of it right off. Have used hardly any of it. Lots of people say they end up loving some flavor they never believed they'd like at all.

Sounds like you've got a group of work associates with whom you can mix and match flavors - since taste varies a lot from one person to another.

Good luck!

Thanks.
The people on this site have been very helpful and just going through the forums reading and trying to learn from others i can see that the people here actually CARE and don't often bash for the same question over and over which is good for someone that has just quit or trying to quit smoking asking questions don't need a bunch of sarcasm from someone with 7,000 posts LOL. Seen the moderators handle that really quick here not so much on other forums. TON of info here i am reading now the Tips and Tricks to see if the warm water steeping will help my tobacco flavors :) Again thanks for the warm welcomes from everyone this seems like it will be a great site.

Welcome. I was a 20+ yr cigar smoker, and I have always enjoyed cigars. But now for about 3 yrs, I've been vaping. Once you find ejuices and devices you like, it's surprisingly easy to quit. I now make my own ejuice and I use Zenesis devices. I learned how to do natural tobacco extractions (which I make from cigars) and usually just do simple peach or apple flavorings. Before I started making my own, I liked goodejuice.com and bombay vaping. The juices I make now seem just a good to me. One cigar makes enough flavoring for many months, so vaping is very inexpensive. Since I only use genesis atomizers, rebuilding them is very inexpensive too.

Early on, I tried Halo juices, and I have just never liked them very much--they seem way to strongly flavored to me. Sometimes, I add a few drops of Halo Torque 156 to one of my ejuices, and that seems like the right amount of flavoring!

Been vaping for a short time and really enjoy it. Being a 2 pack a day smoker, I've really cut down a lot (approx 7 cigs a day now). But here is my problem. Why, if I am getting the nicotine (18mg) from this, do I still crave to have a couple of cigarettes a day. I'm sitting at my computer here with my Evod, but yet, I have such an urge to go out (it's cold) to have a smoke. Is anyone else having this problem? please tell me I'm not alone! lol.

I would suggest upping the nic level. What kind of cigarettes did you smoke? If you smoked full-flavor, for a 2 PAD I would have started on 24mg. In fact, I did, and I only smoked a PAD. I only used it for a week then dropped down to 18, but the 24 is what did it for me. I dropped down to 12mg way too fast, and that coupled with a very stressful situation made me smoke again. Back up to 18mg and I was good again. I'm still at 12-18 after 7 months.
