2nd or bigger hole in cart for Lil' Momma?

sounds about right. lots of people are using 2 holes punched in there or just cutting them with a dremel....until we can find a better way to make holes in those damn things lol. theres a few videos on youtube on how to do it.
It is primarily about the cartos and the juice (how thick it is). The Smoktech cartos that are pre-punched have one tiny hole which just isn't quite large enough for a lot of juices that contain larger percentages of VG which thickens the juice. I, for example, use 50/50 PG/VG juices and use a dremel to cut 2 slots in each of my cartos and it works perfectly for me. If you think that your carto is not staying wet enough, you can punch another hole or use a dremel to make the first hole a larger slot. Then if it still isn't enough, perhaps another hole or slot.
Looks like I will be going the dremel route as I have 2 holes punched in my carto but still not workig very well. Just picked up some new cutting wheels and will try it out tonight

I'm not sure how I got caught up in 2 different threads on the same exact subject but will post this in both.
So I take the dremmel approach. What isn't explained well in Phils video is that you basically need to more or less shave a hole into the cart during the back and forth motion that he shows. I shorted out 2 carts because I just cut into them rather then "shaving" back and forth until a hole is revealed.
So I have a 2.5 dual coil and a 3 ohm boge each with a "small" hole on each side in tanks and using them and they both are producing air bubbles. Now when I say small hole, it seams small as you do it but to compare it to the tiny hole in the smoke tecs and it's rather large.
All is good so far, I have to see how they do in the long run.
When you do this, have a good light and a magnifying glass couldn't hurt either.
