Never mind,I found a place:this SS rope is all the rage right now.

Browsing WIRE/AIRCRAFT CABLE

Wow, thanks for that. They are about 3 minutes from my office. I think I will visit them this week.

No worries mate, took me 4 hours too find the cable looking around tho,the cable setup blows mesh right outta the water,il never go back too silca or mesh again, the taste is pure and super clean and the vapour is MASSIVE....i kid you not.

Let me know when you set up the cable and give me your opinion.

Hey folks! i've been looking for exactly this! A place in Canada to get some SS Rope.

Had to ask - I've heard that you can't use Galvanized SS rope as a wick. Does anyone know if the stuff at riggingshop.com is ok for sure?

100% sure, its 316 grade which is the same as surgical steel,im using it and im still ok.

UPDATE:

I just got some 1/8 in for my RSST and it wont fit in the RSST wick hole,i measured the cable and its .135 thick, not .125 which it spose too be.its only .10 big, damn, ill have too do some tinkering around,3/32 cable fits perfect tin the AG tho.

UPDATE:

Problem solved,i sandpapered domn the wire too .125 from .135,its only 10 thousands of an inch so it was no problem and quick.

Another UPDATE:

The sanding down of the 7/64 wire i got is too much hassle, its suppose too be 1/8in but thats the way its comes, the wire is always a tad bigger, even the 3/32 is bigger but it fits perfect in the RSST.
What ive done now is wrap the whole 3/32 cable with one wrap of mesh as so it fits in the RSST wick hole snug, this works perfect,no leaks,i get the benefit of the mesh and the cable in one application.

I finally got around to picking some of this stuff up. At 60 cents per foot, I picked up enough to last me for years for less then I pay for parking in a day.
Built my first set-up by tightly wrapping the top cm with flamed SS mesh.
It seems to wick better and more consistently then anything I have ever used before.
The only thing is that I already have 4 A4 sheets of SS mesh and at the rate I would use it, I am good for the next 10 years at least.
