    I know I'm not supposed to use the wow's in there but got them because I needed some more. I can't wait to try it hopefully will be ordering more shortly afterwards!

    Thanks SnowDragon for the video, very helpful. Can I leave the tank on the pv overnight or should I always take if off if it's not in use for 10 hours at a time?

    I think you will be very happy with your new vaping gear!

    +1 to what Katz said, I always lay my tank on its side (when not in use), regardless of whether it is attached to a battery or not, because SD explained that this prevents it from continuing to siphon, which could lead to leaks. Keep us posted!

    Got it yesterday and LOVE IT! The only problem I have it that it isn't making contact with my iGo so I use it on the elegant easy but 6ml tank looks to fit perfect on the iGo. I haven't tried it on the buzz yet but I think that will look nice too. I tried pulling the thread up but couldn't see if I made any change.

    I left it on the EE overnight and no leaks but I just took it off and laid it on the side because I intend on cleaning it out somehow.

    It just leaked when I first filled it up because I didn't have the carto pushed in all the way. Wish I had put another juice in though, I screwed up that part. Can I take it out with a syringe? Just clean with soap and water with the cartomizer out? Can I clean these cartomizers too? Any videos?

    They accidentally sent me cool carts instead of wow carts and I am hearing a cracking and popping sound with every drag. I've never had this issue before, is this normal? I already used one and don't want the hassle of exchanging them, should I contact V4L? I thought I accidentally ordered them but I see a copy of my order! lol!

    I have had people come into the store and claim they've cleaned out the cart in the tank via boiling. I haven't tried this myself though. You could try a syringe but I imagine that there will be some hint of the juice left behind.

    The crackling is normal with a cart on a eGO. I have it all the time, it's the juice heating up. However if we sent you the wrong item I will fix this. I'll send you a PM.

    Hi Vapi.....sorry to hear you are having problems, but...no worries the fixes are easy.

    First...just use your syringe to remove the remaining juice in the tank and the carto. Do not boil the carto, simply run some cold water through it, give it a couple of thermometer shakes over the sink, repeat this 2 or 3 times. Then put the carto in a glass of water, let it sit for a day, then repeat the rinse and shake out process. Hold the Carto over the sink and blow it out, then place the carto batt end up on a paper towel and let it dry for a day...because you never used it when it dries it should be good as new.

    Dual coils do not have a continuous air wick tube like single coils, boiling causes the polyfill to collapse in the places there is no air wick tube.

    To clean the tank simply run some warm water through it and dry it by putting in a paper towel and twisting it until any water inside the tank is removed.

    For those reading this with a similar problem that do not have a syringe but need to change the carto on a full tank...do the following:

    Get a paper towel
    Place the bottle of juice on the paper towel and remove the dropper
    Remove the Drip Tip
    Pull the carto out until the top of the carto is below the bottom of the top cap.
    Place your Drip Tip into the top cap until the O-rings are aligned
    Pour contents of your tank back into the juice bottle and remove the Cartomizer
    Rinse and dry the Drip Tip
    Rinse and dry Tank if switching flavors
    Replace the Cartomizer
    Refill the tank

    I really avoid using soap to clean out tanks, there are sorts of trace elements in soap that I wouldn't want in my juice.

    I successfully emptied the tank with a syringe, rinsed that out with water and let cool water run through the cartomizer. It's drying now so I put in a new one and a favorite juice and works wonderfully! I even got contact on the iGo.

    Here's a pic of the coolcarts cuz I know sometimes people lie to get things for free! Thanks for the great customer support BHam!

    Vapi, really no need to put a picture, V4L has the best customer service, hands down. Just report the wrong item(s) sent and they will correct it, AND you get to keep the mistakes!

    I just don't want them to think I am taking advantage of them. Once I got juice that was spilled all over the package and the vendor wanted a picture! I thought it was rude to ask for one so now I just provide the proof without anyone feeling uncomfortable. I'm sure people try to pull fast ones on vendors, and we know mistakes happen but I want them to know I'm not lying because of that one time I was made to feel that I was and it didn't feel nice.
