Alittle off topic but I was on Ebay last night and they are selling e cigs on there now. Just sayin paypal is owned by ebay..............
Fact: Order for mod kit, box of attys, and extra juice placed on March 20. (Quick communication)
Fact: Brad said it would ship on the March 21. (Quick communication)
Fact: Since March 20.........NO communication.
Fact: A few people show concern in his ordering thread.........no input from Brad.
Fact: Today is exactly 3 weeks from the date Brad said it would ship. He's had my money for a day longer than that.
Fact: I'm kissing the $54 goodbye.
I sent my $34 last Sunday and he and I exchanged PMs a couple of times. He assured me it would ship within a day or so but after reading this thread I asked him for a refund on Friday night. He hasn't replied to my request nor does it look like he's been online in a few days. Do we have any recourse through PayPal to get a refund? If his PayPal account is frozen it doesn't seem reasonable to me that PayPal gets to keep my money. Either they give it to him and he ships my mod or I get it back. At this point I'd rather have my money back.
Brad is a Registered Supplier, hope Moderators of this Forum can help us to check what is going on??

My gut is telling me to keep the faith, so to speak. Though is getting a bit frayed, this mainly due to lack of communication on his part, hope it has not been misplaced. My gut has been wrong before. Certainly understand why others might be feeling they have been grifted, time will tell.
That being said, it would only take a couple moments to log in and give a brief explanation of the delay. Like when he last logged in on 04-08-2011 @ 05:10 AM
Regarding the ecigs currently on ebay, as far as I can tell, ebay's ban on them is still in force, and those listings have a limited shelf life.
He is a registered supplier, myself am not to point of contacting the appropriate ECF moderator(s)

I still have hopes ..good things come to those who wait...so we're gotta be getting great mods (batteries extra attys juice in my case) when we do get them! Im on my last atty and holding out ordering more still. Im using my old and only 510..thisll be my very first mod and right now I REALLy need it! Im still hoping....for product or a message from Brad =)

Considering that most transactions on eBay are paid for by Paypal, looks to me like Paypal IS doing e-cig transactions.

I do believe that the problem with PayPal is mainly with nicotine related transactions. I remember that NicVape had the same problem soon after it started up. The reason is that e-liquid was labeled as nicotine. If someone were to have accidentally ordered from Brad and requested "24mg nicotine liquid", or something like that, it would have caused problems.
I suspect those ecigs on ebay are just slipping through the cracks somehow see Tobacco policy : Tobacco policy specifically "Not Allowed" items which includes: Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) or accessories
Though I do not sell on ebay, and not up on all their fine print, loop holes etc... other than finding ebay statements banning the sale of ecigs and related products in the US, UK etc... via google, from a couple years back, found nothing regarding them reversing that.
Honestly am not certain, but if I were thinking about offering ecigs and related items on ebay, I would take it that I could not, based on all the info I found regarding such.
And my mail ran today and still no box mod kit and LR atty no word from him via pm either

Hades, forgot to tic the track messages box, so cannot be exact, was around 3-4 days ago or so... part of it suggested that customers were getting worried and might be a good idea to pop in and give an update about what is going on with the orders.
I contacted a Moderator, asking him to look into this. Haven't heard anything back as of yet.
Oh yeah......nothing in the mail today. No surprise there. I guess I'll have to order a different mod, maybe a roughstack from Madvapes. A bit pricier, but at least I'll get it.
Again, I hope everything is OK with Brad, but until I hear directly from him, I'll have to assume I've been screwed.
