May i ask any member about charging 3.7V batteries. I have 510's charger that its output is 4.2V at 150ma, can i use this charger to charge any 3.7 lion batts (10440, 18650, etc) as long as i make a connection ?

I plan to make a large capacity batt mod, and i dont want to buy a charger for it or have to take the batt out to charge everyday. I already made couple 510-RCA built-in switch adaptors. If could just screw my RCA-510 adapter to the 510's charger and plug to the 3.7batt box thru RCA, will it charge a 18650 full without problem?

Any help are greatly appreciated!Nick

Not sure but I like the way you think..

Couple wire coming out of the mod..... plug into a couple wires that are attached to a battery conector... the battery connector then screws into the charger.... Thus charging your 18500? Is that what yer thinking?

Would it work for 2 batterys?

Warp, Nerf?

Yes something like that Robert! i actually want to built a 18650 box with a RCA Female connector on it, no mom switch needed since i already made a Male RCA-510batt built-in switch. Just connect through RCA.

How to prolong lithium-based batteries gives good data on suitable charge rates.

Very usefull info there Ralph Hilton, Thanks!

Well i just bought a WF-139 charger and some protected batts, what i have to do is just make an adaptor battery-like with wired to a male RCA adaptor, so i can snap that in the batt chager slot and plug the male RCA to my female RCA batt box mod to charge. My solution solved!

Thanks again everone !

Nick
