Yes, don't vape that, it might be contaminated or something :(

Please could you tell us where you bought it? It might be that someone is offloading old stock or there are still problems with JC's contents.
Here it is

Johnsoncreeksmokejuice(dot)com\

Sorry cant post links correctly yet, 15 post rule.

Blimey, that's JC's own site. I can't believe they would send out old stock when they know there have been problems with it so I guess there might be problems with the new stuff too. If you only bought it within the last couple of weeks then it should be the new batch, that came out at least a month ago.

They should refund your money if you contact them and tell them about it.

Thanks for the information.

It needs to go back to JC. If if were my business I would want any questionable juice back. They advertise the "best e-liquid in the world"
I got a sample pack about two weeks ago. Every single bottle was clear. I still have the hickory as I dont care for it so I looked at it again today under a magnifier. Perfectly clear. The point is, if there are any problems we need to bring it to their attension even if it is inconvenient for us to do that. Otherwise we dont get quality.

I will contact them and see if they are aware of the problem with the smooth hickory.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you on this, my computer has been misbehaving.

This is what I sent them-

I ordered a sample pack on dec, 3 2008.
While reading e-cigarette-forum a few days later, a post there mentioned past impure e liquid from your company and after checking out the samples sent from you I noticed the smooth hickory has light cloudy spots floating in it.

Does your formula have a tendency to separate? I don't know if this is part of an old batch as suggested by some on the boards or possibly a new problem.
thank you

I was quite satisfied with the reply and I would gladly post it but there was one of those nondisclosure letters attached.

The gist of my reply to theirs-

Thank you for looking into this. I believe this may have been a separation issue, after agitating the bottle 2 days ago the appearance of cloudy wisps are no longer visible.

Your concern for your clientele is admirable,
and very much appreciated.

Thank you
Tammie

Thanks for getting back to us Tammie.

Did JC give you any idea of what might cause separation, was it a chemical reaction? I'm confused about why this might happen and if it's a sign of contamination. Bertrand was talking about contaminated propylene glycol recently and saying that it can have toxic propylene oxide in it. He theorised that the propylene oxide could have caused clouding in an experiment he was doing with mixing chemicals.

You said in an earlier post that your juice was non pg though so in theory it isn't to do with propylene oxide contamination.

Hi Kate, I'm the one making the suggestion of separation as the reasoning behind the floating cloudy spots, if it sits for a day or two they appear, any agitating and there gone. JC looked at their last and current batch of smooth hickory and found no impurities or particulates at all.

The juice I ordered was the sample pack of non pg and only the smooth hickory is displaying this oddity. They did offer to replace it but I don't care for the hickory flavor so I declined.
