I've had the pleasure (and annoyance) of dealing with different vendors. I thought I ought to share a recent experience I had with the most incredible vendor around: Johnson Creek Original Smoke juice.
Keep in mind that I exclusively buy my hardware from Totally Wicked... because they really do seem to only offer the best quality stuff around. And I'm also a huge fan of their Platinum Ice line of base e-juice for mixing my custom flavors.
However, as much as I like to create flavors, I can also be pretty lazy. I wanted to find a delicious menthol flavor that was VG based for good vapor production a while back, and had the great luck of stumbling across Johnson Creek, a company that exclusively makes e-juice using USA pharmaceutical grade ingredients in Wisconsin . (johnsoncreeksmokejuice.com) Their Wisconsin Frost is by far the best menthol juice I've ever vaped. I was so pleased with the product that I went ahead and purchased a whole slew of their line--some PG based and others VG based. BTW: Their Swiss Dark (it's a beautiful woody chocolate flavor) is magically luxurious! It makes the whole room smell like melted chocolate!
Anyway, I purchased one flavor that didn't really go over too well with me (the Valencia flavor... it's quite citrusy, which isn't really my speed). So I emailed Johnson Creek support, and within the same day they replied to me with shipping documentation to send back the unwanted (and slightly used) bottle of Valencia free of charge... altho I should note that I was in the States at the time, so I am unsure of how this would apply to overseas customers.
Not only did I have the pleasure and convenience of shipping the unwanted juice back for free, but they offered to either 1) redeem the cost to my credit card or 2) exchange it for another flavor. I opted to return the Valencia for another flavor, and WITHIN THE SAME WEEK Johnson Creek shipped back a new bottle of juice without any additional shipping charges. I was so stunned by their amazing customer service and email updates giving me the status of my return that I called the company at their headquarters in Wisconsin. An actual HUMAN answered the call and was so courteous and informative about the company that we ended up chatting about their product for nearly a quarter of an hour!
So... I thought I ought to share this amazing experience with as many people as I can. As I mentioned before, I love Totally Wicked, and will no doubt be a lifelong customer since they too have great service and products (they carry the Screwdriver MKII and uber amazing Mega Tornado, my babies!). However, if you're looking for the best pre-flavored juice, Johnson Creek is heads and shoulders over the rest... not only was I impressed with the quality of the product, but the service is the best I've ever encountered--and that goes for any product I've purchased online.
Oh, and one last thing, every time I order a bottle from Johnson Creek, they also supply a 3ml plastic dropper bottle so you can easily carry a bit of it around. It's a nice touch!
