Great to Hear, It does get easier and you should notice it very soon, good luck and hope to here more upcoming anniversarys of non-smoking, I have been smoke free for 2 years now and feel great. You have found a great resouce here as many of us are ready to help out in any questions you may have along the way. BTW the flavors get better yet once you regain your tastebuds and find good juice and a satisfactory vaping device. As for nicotine levels go your body will tell you if its to much, headache, nausea.

i love these success stories. ive been almost a month cig free now i think. This vaping has changed my life. Taste buds are back breathing is better granted im still coughing but that is the old stuff coming out of me and getting better daily.

now, i started w/ 18mg I was a pack a day smoker. I have put myself on to 3mg now and i haven't had issues. I remember when i started I would chain vape all day. Now I do it after meals and when i wake up. I make sure to go outside and still do the "ritual" to get that whole feeling of actually smoking. I do go out for roughly 20-25 minutes at a time but its a trade-off cause I do really enjoy some of these flavors. I have noticed that I run through about 5ml of juice a day.. noticed that i fill it once in the morning and can go most of the day no sweat. I am running a nautilus tank (5ml cap) running at 16.5w w/ my xpro m65 and have felt this is the sweet spot for me.

I don't like being around smokers very much cause the urge to bum one hits even though i am fine with my vape.. old habits die hard. I have resisted but I sometimes feel its okay for just one.. but then I look on reddit's r/vaping and see some of the pictures of the gross that is caused by cigs and am immediately like NOPE NEVER GONNA DO THAT.

I started with 18mg and I remember the first week being a little rough because I completely quit the cigarettes. It got way easier after that and I have been loving vaping ever since! Everyone is different though, if the 12mg isn't satisfying you I would try a bit higher strength, you will know it if it's too strong. The atomizer you use can also play a role, but it does take some experimentation to find that perfect vape.

Keep up the good work! Former 2+ pack/day smoker here. I've upped the nic all the way to 24mg trying to resist the "urge." I realized the urge wasn't physical but mental. Dropped the nic in the ejuice to 16mg and I can't tell the difference between 16, 12, 24, etc...

Stick with it and you'll find your groove (and juice flavor!). The most important thing is that you kiss those nasty butts goodbye!
