Ok got a quad parallel working now.
28g 5wraps around 2.4mm came out to .3ohms wicked with a snug peice of sheisdo cotton.
And I am impressed, of course it preformed better than a normal quad coil with the shared heat and what not.
Here have some pics (got my phone working that has a good camera so I can finally take pics! Should prolly slow down)

If you try it let me know how it went, thinking of trying 6strands in parallel..... sometimes I have to much time on my hands

Nice is that the magma?
I got my on a igoW lol with one slot airhole but its not enough air flow for me with that coil gonna have to widen it up lol.
I just ordered a 3d dripper just because I have a nemesis lol, and a 1:1 cats rda clone (they're all clones) the chamber looks tiny hoping the flavors good. Almost got the magma clone instead but I wanted a dedicated quad atty

yes mate, magma, i just grabbed the first atty that i saw in my jar of air drying and dust collecting worthy atty's... alot of people really like it, i prefer the w6 or tobh are lighter and cool quicker, all depends on the build, i like atty's i can do almost anything with, cant put nano's on a cloud with it either.

i can only afford clones to :)

Niice, I tried this once with 24g In my atomic and it didn't ever amount to anything, I'd really like to try 2 seperate tri parallels but I don't think any of my rdas could handle it, another reason I really want a mephisto. Good work man, its always good to see a new coil.

Hell yeah, not bad. Triple parallels arnt easy to get perfect so I'm sure its pretty hard to get them to heat evenly together.

I finally did it 30minutes with the bit i wrapped it on and needle nose pliers but i got them heating together, should of took some pics when i was rebuilding it crap... Lol :vapor:

I'll one up that :p Triple parallel 26ga duals, 7 wraps each, 1.5mm internal coil diameter, .14 ohms.
tripar1.jpg

PITA to build, but it vaped really well, quite the hot vape(that's kinda my thing anyway, so I liked it).

Dang them are some pretty coils, need to get me one of.them T-post attys specifically that plum veil lol.
.14 is a little warm for me, how long a.battery last you?

Holy cow man! I'd expect a higher resistance than that with 22 coils. Lol!

Juggalo: I'm usually at that or lower and my trustfire 26650 7v 5000mah will run for about 2 hours before drop off.
His is 21wraps a side lol mine was 18wraps aside with smaller kanthal and larger Id but you gotta remember its technically 6 coils with each coil significantly reducing the total ohm load

Also 26650 are not 3.7-4.2v like 18650s? Or is it just certain models?

With that .14 build, I was changing the battery out at 3.9 volts, which took about an hour with a VTC5 with moderate vaping. You're right on about the resistance, it's basically like building six coils of that size, so the resistance will be six times lower than a single coil of the same size. Heat up time was basically instantaneous which is impressive with almost 2 feet of wire crammed in there. The T-post positive block is awesome, really allows for some variety with builds. The RDA pictured is a Raiju Clone which I've really grown to love.
