3 Volt Li-ion Battery help please!!

I have just comlpeted my new flashlight mod. It works great with
non-rechageable 3 volt Li-ion x2= 6 volts with a Titan510 atomiser and carts.
Problem is, when I put in re-chargeables the atomiser fires off for only a second and then stops. I'm sure this is some kind of a battery problem
Any ideas??

My rechargeables do that if they are running low. Are you sure the bats are charged up and did you try another set?

Yes, sounds like the protection circuit cuting in because not charged.

What type of rechageables are you using. If they are not litheum then you are only runing 2.4V. Or are you using a Rat shack lithum rechareable? These are for backup power and do provide enuff high current drain that we need

Idid charge them till the light went green on the charger?? and voltage on the MM is real close to 4 V. I bought these rechargeable bats at Fry's Electronics. Seem to be a cheap china brand, should I get better ones??

Good call - could be that.

Gswan Sounds like it could be a bad connection between batteries, or between the battery positive or negative contact points.
Try burnishing these connections with fine sandpaper, steel wool, file, etc. Just be careful to not short something out if you use a file or steel wool.
