I was planning to enter the mod world (this time on e-cigarette) after seeing the ones made by Cisco.
Considering that I will get parts from DX; and I doubt the quality of their electric products, in this case chargers and batteries and that there aren't any protected Li-Ion 10440 (yes, I know about it http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-mods/40233-promised-10440-protected-cells.html) I intend to use protected Li-Ion 14500 but can't find a laser or flashlight looking like this http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modders-forum/35597-510-pen-style-laser-mod.html that uses it.

Is there anyone with such a device modded? Could someone help on my quest, please. DX don't have any, neither focalprice. I'm beginning to think it doesn't exist.
Any kind of device looking like this would be great and the maximum diameter of batteries is 14mm.

Very nice find, they do a mini version that could* take 10440's too. Both on Amazon uk £10/£5. Could be a mini SB :). Hopefully it's moddable.

Edit: check 7dayshop :).

huh? Am I missing something? I just placed an order with DE - for parts to most of Cisco (The Muse, The Inspiration, The Lathe Worker, THE MAN.....) (No, I don't care if he's offended - he sets the standards for the rest of us!)

Here are the SKU's to look for on DE:
(Well, the ones I ordered anyway..)
14234 0.5mW Red Laser Pointer Pen (2*AAA)
10760 Red Laser Keychain (AAA)
3206 9 White LED Flashlight (Multicolored 7-pack)
16845 Romisen RC-A6 Cree Q5-WC 130-Lumen LED Flashlight - Grey (2*AAA)
27551 Aluminium Alloy Pill Shaped Keychain

And be nice everyone - make sure my order ships before you order! :)

Hmmm... I wouldn't have a problem storing my juice in there, but I don't think that it would flow out of the nozzle. Oh wait - there is an air hole there.... But eJuice (at least mine) is much thicker viscosity than lighter fluid....

But hell - for $3, why not try it! :) If nothing else, it's a pretty little case!

I got the TU28 a few days ago , very nice torch but the thing is huge for a AA torch , measurse nearly 5 inches long, and the AA is a snug fit width wise in it. I was hoping it would have been alot smaller.

Granted it's a well made torch , the casing is about 1mm thich and all very nicely machined but it's just to big for a single 14500 mod...

I also got one of these

TRUE UTILITY - LED Micro Torch

a 10440 fits width wise but about 10mm too long, I'd need to mod the switch to make it take up less room in the body , It looks possible but it'll be tight.
It's about the same size as the laser mod body , just looks nicer..

Back to the searching.
