I sure remember the one month mark..I thought "this is doable" and the first month of other attempts at quitting OMG, disasters if I made it that long without just giving in to the screamie meamies of I NEED no I will HAVE a smoke.

there's none of that with this..a lil bit of "quitters flu" for a few days and I was right as rain and starting to feel the good effects about a month in.

Go run up a flight of stairs and give yourself a pat on the back!! :)

Congrats!! Like has already been mentioned, it does continue to get easier. It does feel weird at first actually being able to breathe or enjoy the morning air.
Flavors are more intense, and my 5 mile hike in the woods was noticeably easier to breathe. I'm happy I finally kicked it.
