302 to 501 adapter not working

I recently ordered a 302 to 501 adapter and some 501 cartomizers for my joye stick v3 from ecigsupply.com

They all seem to screw tightly together, but the vaporizer is not firing at all.

I tried loosening them and everything, but nothing I do seems to work... Any idea why?

I also ordered three 302 atomizers, one of which doesn't work...
I emailed their customer support, but got no reply...

I'm really sorry, I'm not familiar with that vendor. I have ordered two different adaptors that didn't work from two different vendors. No idea why. I always read about people recommending adaptors for this carto and that and I have no clue why they seem to work for some people and not others. Maybe brands? I ordered adaptors to use KR808 cartos on a 510 (or the reverse?) and neither worked.

Is anything firing on your v3? Any atomizer or cartomizer you own?

Yeah 2 of the three new 302 attys work fine.
One of the three doesn't, and the adapter doesn't either.

Kind of a bummer considering between the adapter, the not working 302 arty and the five 501 cartomizers I spent about 25 bucks

You could try another adapter. Goodprophets, Madvapes, Altsmoke have adapters. And it's 510, not 501. And 801 should be the same as 302.

And I really don't think you should mess with this in case you damage it. It's not like you have other batteries. But look at the center round post of the the socket of the V3. Does the center post look like it may be pressed in too far? That can happen to ecig connections if things are screwed in too tightly. Unfortunately you have nothing to compare it to. If that is pressed in too far, then some atomizers and the adapter may not be contacting the center post of the v3's socket. My guess is that is your problem. But unless you have a backup ecig then I don't recommend you try to lift it. If you do have a backup then you could try to lift the post but don't pole things into it if it has a hole in the middle. Try to work from the sides and lift it a bit evenly all around.
