306/510 Thread size?

As in what Tap and Die size would clean up the threads on the 306/510s?

I believe its 7mm with a 0.5 pitch ..... not positive though

I was reading a while back that people were using there old 510 battery's like a dead ego to clean up the threads on the 510 cartos.
just thinking out loud.
