That's really interesting. I am using a Go Go and Ego Tank at the moment and as I intend to vape for ever and a day I now want to buy a variable. Looking at all the posts it's confusing so I am thinking get a Provari. My other option is pro buzz, lava.
What do you think would be best for a Grey haired vaper?

Tasty Vapor sells flavored nicotine liquid, and they also sell "doublers", large bottles of flavored base, without nicotine. You can order a bottle of higher nicotine liquid, then mix in the doubler to get the nicotine level you want.

Welcome to Tasty Vapor Scroll down this page to the section "How to I mix the e-liquid and doubler?"

This might be a good solution for you, since you can experiment with different nicotine levels, and it's relatively inexpensive.

your going to get alot of Opinions on this. I selected the provari becouse it is the most well built and durable of the VV mods you can get and is manufactured in the USA. Lava tube is comparable in just operatonal performance but not nearly as well built. The Buzz pro is a solid mod but dosent have the Display so you can see your voltage so it was a non interest for me.

I own a buzz pro, my main reason for buying it was that I could order a purple one. I usually only use it when I'm home, because for me, I don't like cartomizers, and I don't want to fuss with tanks, so I use my purple mini Reo when I go to work. I bought a whole bunch of different devices from the classifieds, trying to find the perfect hardware for me. I really didn't think that a box mod would end up being my favorite, but it's so easy to fill the bottle and go. I carry extra batteries with me and it only takes about 10 seconds to switch out the battery. I wish there was a clear answer for you, but the best thing I can tell you is that the only way to find your perfect set up is to try different things until one day you realize that you've neglected everything else, and are only using _______. My fill-in-the-blank is a mini Reo, yours.... only time will tell.

Dont worry your gona try out a bunch more stuff before you find that magic one that you cant put down :vapor:
Thanks everyone, I know it's a learning curve, I have gone from 510, Ego T, Go Go, Revolution in just 4 weeks. I really am trying hard to get this working for me as it's been my saving grace from analoges, so whatever it takes I will do. I love the Go Go the best so far.

I think that you'll find that the higher voltages vaporize better and you get more effect from the nic. So..... Be cautious with 36 mg. And, yeah, high nic has a 'bite' (TH) to it....

Some people seem to need it and have a real high tolerance to nicotine. Vaping is not like smoking tho... you don't notice the nic effects in the same way. If you start getting headaches and/or sweats, back off... even if you feel you have "cravings"... since you may crave other things from tobacco than the nicotine.

I mix my own ... and it's 24 mg or less. Doublers are a great way to cut juice. Also... search for "e-juice calculators".

There is still a withdrawal from tobacco... even if you get plenty of nic. Caution is a good idea... but you know you best!!!

Good Luck!

Provari is clearly a good pv, many happy users.

Notcigs buzz pro, or the lower cost infinity pro are both very solid pv, well known supplier, excellent performance, US built. They provide good run time between recharges, can handle higher power than provari or lava tube, excellent durability, very simple to use (just a voltage adjustment wheel and the button to fire them). Whether an lcd and button user interface is a plus or a minus is a user choice.

Lava tube is new, about the same price as the infinity pro by the time you add batteries and charger, has the lcd and button user interface, uses the boost technology and a single battery compared to the notcigs buck approach. It will likely have some new technology teething pains, but looks like a decent, nicely priced, vv.

Madvapes sells a low cost vv, very affordable, too.
