Only reason to charge tax would be if they have a physical business presence in TX...THAT is interesting.
They charged me 12 cents tax, for ~$16. I figured it was just a glitch in the system. No biggie...
Still no response from Honeyville. I only have the automated reply from the 21st.
Maybe they should send out a mass reassuring mail due to the high demand, or perhaps this is to be expected.

I just noticed something strange - I placed an order during the .39 sale, and like everyone else, received only the one email saying that the order was confirmed. Up until today, the payment showed as "pending" when I checked my account - I just checked again, and it's no longer listed at all. Hasn't been withdrawn from my account, nor is it showing as "pending" anymore. I sent them an email asking if there was a problem...I'll post if I hear back.
I also am showing no bank account activity for my purchase with this company. It is odd for sure, and oddly enough, as someone mentioned, I have gotten some spam emails to my email acct since placing my order with this company. Cooincidence? Dunno...
*edit* I just went and checked my account at honeyville vapor and it says my transaction is complete. No money charged to my bank, no shipping notice, no emails other than the one confirming my order. hmmmmm

If the payments are anything like my Time Warner Cable payments, they show as pending for 3-4 days and then disappear, entirely, until they clear. Be patient for a day or two, and if you still don't see the payment, contact the company to make sure that your order is good to go.
I emailed CS forwarding this thread to them. Hopefully they will reply one way or another. Will post when (if) they do.
Maybe someone should contact Gourmet Vapor... LOL!!
I sent them an email on the 22nd, voicing our concerns (and a link to this thread as well), but got no response... so I resent it with a different Subject line yesterday. I'm sure that they are quite busy, but they need to take the time to answer some of their customers questions, too... So far my order still says "Completed" but there has been no activity on my card as of yet.
It just gets curiouser and curiouser....

I've never had anything show on my bank account as pending, then disappear without showing up on my list of activity. This is a first.
I still have hope, but until someone hears from them, I'm also very suspicious.

I have not received any spam into my Inbox. I use gmail if that makes a difference.
I am watching this thread too. The way that the sale was worded was limit 2 bottles of any flavor and not 2 bottles per flavor lol. I will be curious to see if and when he responds. Either way it's nothing to feel bad about. 100s of people read it to mean that they could get 2 bottles of every flavor.
Ok, I got a response from HoneyVilleVapor. Without their permission however, I can't exactly post what they said. But basically, rest assured they are a real company. The first 50 orders went out yesterday, 50 went out today. They hope to get everyone's order out by mid next week.
