Ok, I got a response from HoneyVilleVapor. Without their permission however, I can't exactly post what they said. But basically, rest assured they are a real company. The first 50 orders went out yesterday, 50 went out today. They hope to get everyone's order out by mid next week.

They also expected this delay with their opening sale. So.. breath easy guys :)

Really? How can you think they would have time to personally and individually reply to all of the emails they've gotten and make all the 100's of mls of juice that was ordered. Give em a break! As a small business owner myself, it is overwhelming. Look how many just from this forum ordered and emailed them.

I agree. I bet they got swamped. I'm sure there are a lot of people who probably think they should have had the proper number of employees ready to immediately take all inquiries and get the juices out the next day, but starting a business is challenging and unpredictable. I'll base my opinions on their flavors and their customer service after the dust settles.

Strange coincidence maybe. I just placed an order with Box Elder Chemical Supply for 500ml of 48mg and the email I received for confirmation was exactly the same (except for items ordered) as the email from Honeyville Vapor including the "ship your goods at the first possible opportunity (if applicable)" statement. Box Elder Chemical may be branching out which may be a good thing. I guess that it might also be that they use the same software, but of all the suppliers I deal with, this is the first time I have observed this.

Very good news. I am glad to hear that they have at least responded to someone. It certainly sets my mind at ease.

I am inclined to cut them some slack. I'm sure these guys are swamped like crazy. I saw them mentioned in the steals and deals thread as well. I think most of ECF caught wind of this sale. If the flavors are good I surely will order with them again. If after things have slowed down and their customer service is still aloof I may reevaluate them again at that time. For now, I'm sure they are working their butts off.

Dissapeared from my bank too but order showing completed on their website. I must say that if I do get my 39c samples and like any of the flavors I will place a larger quantity order out of courtesy.

Absolutely. That's the point of sales like this. They are called "lost leaders" but if the folks are happy with it they will come back and order much more and also repeat business. There is nothing wrong with this business model.

My order status just changed to "declined". What the heck does that mean??? They already charged my credit card!! I have sent to emails and they have yet to respond. I am inclined to think this company is a sham! I was so looking forward to getting my juice and coming back here and writing raving reviews... Now I do not see how that is going to be possible. They had better ship me something or refund my credit card!

I read somewhere on here that there are people here who can help you if you get screwed over. Is that true??

A new business just starting out. I'm gunna' withhold my speculation, until they get some time to process. And getting an order wrong is, IMOHO, an acceptable newbie mistake. How they handle it afterwards is the test of their character. Hopefully, your half order was either a mistake, or pt 1 of a 2 part shipment.

No reason to get excited yet. Their site said to give them 10 days to process, and I'll give 'em that.

OK well, I just recieved an email from Honeyville, so they Do EXIST!! WooHoo!!! They said they changed the status to declined by mistake and that my order would ship tomorrow or monday at the latest.

I am really glad to see they exist and that they are just swamped and trying to get caught up. If I even recieve my order I will be back writing them an awesome review and hopefully I will find something I like and can become a loyal customer. Even if it does go up a little from .39 cents!
