There is a Genesis style Origen out there, but the one in question is a dripper with air control. It has a bigger juice well than most drippers, and can be used with what ever type wick you like. How well it wicks juice out of the well, I can't say. I suspect it's more for overflow than it is for wicking. YMMV

Yea I've been watching that Ebay page since around New Years. The 3D is an amazing idea for those of us that want to drip and drive without being a vaping related fatality. The only reason I haven't pre-ordered is that every time I check the post the expected delivery date moves back... sketches me out a little. I believe it says between Feb. 15 - 20 right now, when I first stumbled across it the date was Jan 21st. Thanks for cluing me into that website though, good lookin out!!

BTW is the origin a silica fed tank, similar to kayfun/aqua RBAs?

In guessing the main reason it changes is due to manufacturing and shipping time especially with CNY coming up.

According to the site it says they should ship out before CNY.

Is vapingtek the only site for them, outside of eBay? I like how the site just started, and all they have is the origen, 3d, and omega clones.

What seller did you all use?

I went through VapingTech as well. I searched around for origen and 3d preorders/sales but only found the one on ebay. For being new, they are quick to ship...or at least for now since I'm guessing things still have to pick up on speed. The ebay account does have decent feedback rating, and on the site they've been posting on their blog since launching.

Also, have you guys seen their about us section? Their view seems straight forward especially about clones. IMO, of course :)

Vaping Tech was created to provide the vaping community a chance experience some of the most talked about products at an affordable price. We support both the creators and the 'clones.' In our view, clones gives everyone a chance to try a product before purchasing the original.

Think about it, would you spend your hard earned money on a product you're unsure of? The family at Vaping Tech realized that not everyone has the disposable income for some of the high-end products. We like the idea of providing a similar experience for a fraction of the cost.

Please, if you like our clones, then save up and support the original makers. Afterwards, possibly pay-it-forward and let someone else have a chance to experience a product that they might not have been able to.

Our site is small but we aim to provide the best, most talked about, and sought after products. We plan on expanding our line in the near future. We had a different goal in mind when putting Vaping Tech together. Instead of providing products that everyone already has, we will try to provide products that no one else has (try to be the first) AND provide these products at a competitive price.

So please enjoy our site and continue vaping towards a positive future!

-The Vaping Tech family

I got my tracking number yesterday. I'm not sure where those guys are located.
Seems like everything I've ordered in the past 2 weeks come from Cali or China.
I have to wait forever :(

Did your estimate shipping update? Mine shows Friday :)

Nice find, everything is getting cloned :) I have an original Origen Dripper, and it has proven to be my favorite. Running 2 coils with ecowool doubled up and tailed into the reservoirs, and the hoops of both over the center post. Works crazy good, takes up to 20 drops, and can vape it dry.

I have followed the seller on Ebay in the past and their Ebay rating is 100%. I have been wanting a 3D, but not for the money wanted for them, plus I don't like the 3D engraving. The one on Ebay does not include the 510 adapter for it, whereas the one from the website does. I think I may order one, because I won't have qualms "refinishing" myself, and though my Origen can get me to work with a fresh fill, sometimes I am vaping it dry as I pull in.

It's in the drop down menu. The $55 dollar price does not, but you can select it as an option for $5 additional, which makes it the same price as their website.

So your Origen wicks out of the well... er, well? That's good to know.

Jeez 20 drops?! Have you only used ekowool? I've only use cotton (organic, sterile, yarn, rolled cotton variants). Do you subohm it as well?

The 3D is a rather ugly logo. Seems different from his normal creations. A little sanding will take care of that lol. And from the site it looks like you can preorder the matte and polished version. $120 for two 3D? Still less than the original! Oh man the clones wars lol. Ya it's actually kind of nice that the adapter is included into the price. I think you have to buy it separately if you were to go legit.

OH IC. I didn't notice that. I went ahead and ordered one, figuring what the heck.

Origen dripper wicks very well out of the wells :D Someone asked about it earlier in the thread...

Yea, 20 drops on a dry setup. A lot of it gets trapped on the loops I have around the center post.

I have used cotton, silica, ecowool, and SS mesh in mine. I actually like the ecowool best, as long as I torch it before cutting and using. I like the clean taste of mesh also, just a pain to build. The ecowool is just easier to deal with for me. I pull the wicks occasionally, dry burn the coils and torch the wick to clean things back up. Silica has to loose of a weave, but works well also, so replace it if using that. Cotton works great, but I just prefer the strength and durability of ecowool. I have subohmed some with it. I usually run 2x2Ω coils on it with middle air holes or if I am planning on going xx350 mode, drop to a single 1Ω.

I found the top pops to easy once the o-rings get wet. I tightened them up by adding sewing thread under the o-rings. Otherwise, my fav dripper… put aside a few others when I got it.

I hope to get much more than 20 drops in the Origen using cotton.

I get 30 drops in my Omega (cough.. clone) filled with cotton - after vaping close to dry.
When filling with fresh cotton I can't even count - I just doust it.

I don't think I've ever kept track with how many drops I can fill on the omega. I have it set with a dual nano dragon setup but the coils are sitting high with the cotton clouds right below the rim. I guess I do get a good amount in. Although I think it's prone to juice spitback or the outside of the well gets drenched with juice.

Just bought one off ebay, will this leak with the wells full? I'm using a zenith now and I get constant juice coming out of the airholes if I overfill it even a tiny amount.

Looking for something that i can pocket without juice everywhere.

edit: talking about the origen.

Good question but I think most droppers have the possibility of leaking.

Btw, how do you like the zenith? Thinking about that or the quazer
