I think I'm about ready for 3mg in the Reos too. I've had this weird coughing thing for months. I will happen one day with a juice (every hit) and then the next day with the same juice/wick/device I don't do it. I switch to a Nautilus when it happens and because it doesn't hit as hard, it goes away. Since it's happened with so many juices, I think it's the nicotine. It only happens about once a week too.

So, time to reduce which I'd planned to do after the holidays but I have a boatload of 6mg juice so may have to go NZ since I'm switching it into plastic bottles anyway.

I'm pretty much a compulsive coil burner and I've tried KGD, Rayon and RxW. In the end, I settled with rayon which I change about every 6ml.

At first, I thought it was peanuts, then anything cream so switched to fruits and unflavored. Same thing but just once in a while. Nicotine was the only common factor. I put a nautilus on an iStick, turn it way down, and vape less often the rest of the day. The next day, I'm back to normal. I welcome any suggestions.

Most flavours are suspended in PG, so try one of Pictor's (sorry if i typo'ed your name) recipes. Maybe by a process of elimination you can figure out what disagrees with you.

You could go totally radical, cloud chaser stylie and just vape VG, with no flavour at all, but i have to say - that's pretty miserable.

No, it's fine :) ....Sometimes, trying to work out why some things cause bad effects when others don't is frustrating. It took me a while to sort out all manner of things. First problem was the vanilla flavouring in some cig-size battery cartridges when I first stopped smoking - then the PG problem emerged and I had to change everything I was using (batteries etc.) and use VG based liquids. Within a week, the rash subsided & I stopped getting the severe breathing problems (like an asthma attack) and the cough cleared.
Gradually, I realised that some fruits caused problems too. There were times that I thought I was going to fail, and not because I wanted a cigarette!

I thought everything was working out well when I started adding 20% NT PG/VG to 80% of a basic Max VG such as CB or CLS, or some of the other max VG ones that were SR's - but after a few months, even that level of PG built up, and I ended up using Ventolin and/or Theophylline daily instead of just a few times each month to clear the small amount of congestion/airway tightening.
I can always use a 100% VG brand in a flavour I know doesn't trouble me for a couple of days and it will settle back down again - not the best tasting, but it does the job.

I've never had any such allergies or sensitivities before.

I do believe though that the more powerful the battery and more efficient the tank, the more liquid is being taken in, and therefore, the more it can cause irritation. I experienced it when I started using the iSticks, so now I use 2.0ohm coils whenever I can which enable me to lower the Wattage on the iStick to an acceptable level that helps lessen the power without really compromising the user experience (for me anyway).
A 2.0ohm coil in a MOW tank will allow me to lower the wattage to 4.5W, and a 1.8ohm coil in a mini Nautilus allows me to lower it to 5.5W (At full charge, and gradually decreasing with the charge, the output power is actually higher than shown on the display).

Yea - I'm not deviating from the PG/VG ratios - as much as I would like to do a MAXVG 3mg, I don't have all my flavors balanced for MAXVG. It's a delicate balancing act between flavor, vapor production, and throat hit. Changing the ratios changes all the concentrations needed in all the other components.

But don't you already have the recipes for certain juices you've done MAXVG in the past? I understand you can't launch your entire juice line MAXVG in 3mg, but it would be nice in the future to see the ones you had the existing recipes for as an option. I realize you said that global changes have to be made, but maybe allow people to comment MAXVG on a certain juice if it's available.

I realize you can't please everyone, but I tried to drip the remaining of my GCD and it's hard to get through. The MAXVG bottle I got via trade and added nicotine to was smooth as silk. Plus, I think with the popularity of these sub ohm tanks like the Atlantis and the Subtank, having something 70/30, 80/20, or MAXVG would greatly benefit your lineup.
