i bought a 3.7v juice-fed box mod, which i absolutely love! i just got it late today, started using it tonight. i use 510 atty's-that's all i've got. for some reason they keep getting a burnt-really bad burnt-taste! i can take one hit off of it, then i have to let it cool waaay down to take another. and i can't take a very long drag without starting to get the burnt taste. this 3rd one i was very careful with-already scorching 2 others-i had let it cool down, was in the middle of a vape and i started getting the burn!! now this one has a slightly burnt taste. what the heck?!?

on my joye510 i am used to taking 2-3 reasonably long drags before i stop. i definitely can't take a drag anything like what i've seen in the youtube videos. any suggestions, advice? i'm reading up on atomizers tonight, wondering if i need a different type for this box mod. i really love it, don't want to give it up. i'm pretty new to all of this, any help would be appreciated. thanks.

hi, thanks for answering, but i found the problem. i don't know anything at all about box mods or bottom-feeders and i didn't realize that i had to give the bottle a squeeze. i finally figured out that's what the opening in the box mod is for!! wow, i'm still amazed that it took me all night to get this one down, lol. so now i give the bottle a little squeeze, vape away for a couple hits, squeeze again. the taste, flavor is great, clouds of vapor, really good.

thankfully i was able to soak my atty's in alcohol and get the burnt taste out. one of them i had to take the wick out of, but it's now good for dripping (which i sometimes like).

i don't know what an ohm rating is or how to get it. 510 atty's are the only ones i have, they came with the kit and i bought some extra. so now all is good, my box mod works great!

thanks for your concern.
