Hello,

I just used a new atomizer and it seems to have a wicking problem. I use a drip tip and i put in 3 drips, it allows a drag (2-3) then just goes too nothing with a burnt taste. No amount of sitting seems to fix it unless i take a drag without activating the burner. I put another drop in, it fixes it for another 2-3 drags. I thought maybe it was dry but i eventually flooded the atty with still getting the burnt taste (its not BURNT as in every hit taste bad).

Ive done this 2-3 times today trying to fix it making sure its not user error

Is there a way to fix this? Or should i jsut use a cart and fill that up and try that? I never had this problem before.

First of all what kind of atty and battery are you using?

I always prime a new atty with 8 drops. Sometimes a bit less, but three is not enough.

It could be a bad atty, or the juice. I vape at 5 volts and most of my Dekang juices always taste burnt at that voltage. I have no problems with other brands.

You could try different juice or remove the wick as it is not needed if you are not.using carts. Sometimes the wick causes the burnt taste.
